James 'Arg' Argent has signed up to 'The Jump.'
The 'Only Way is Essex' star is keen to follow in the footsteps of his former co-star Joey Essex, who won the last series, by taking part in the Channel 4 show next month.
Taking to his Twitter account last night (28.12.15), the reality TV star, 28, confirmed he's signed a contract: "I'm sure it's going to be tough but great entertainment for you guys!"
Asked by a fan if he thinks he can go on to win like Joey, he replied: "Stranger things have happened lol! (sic)."
Other names dropped in relation to the forthcoming show include former Westlife singer Brian McFadden and Olympic champion Linford Christie.
Former Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding is also keen to prove herself by hitting the Austrian slopes following her acting flop in 'Coronation Street' earlier this year.
The show, which is in its third series, will see the celebrities try their hand at various winter sports - including skeleton, bobsleigh, speed skating and giant slalom - as they battle it out week-in week-out to be crowned the 2016 champion.
Meanwhile, Channel 4 has recently confirmed the programme will return to screens across the nation with a new format that will see the stars living in a house together.
And bosses are believed to be so impressed with how well the show has taken off over the past three years that they're considering doing a summer version.
It's thought 'The Jump' will air on January 31.
