James 'Arg' Argent has injured his leg training for 'The Jump'.
The 'Only Way is Essex' star, 28, has only just hit the Austria slopes in preparation for the winter sports show but has already been forced to pull out temporarily because he's knocked his knee and it's swollen to the size of a "golf ball."
Speaking to Arg's girlfriend Lydia Bright at the National Television Awards in London last night (20.01.16), she exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "He's doing very well but unfortunately he's injured himself already. Very premature, he's knocked his leg and he's got some golf ball on his leg. He's the first person to injure himself. I just really hope he's not the first person to go out or that he doesn't break any bones."
And, although her boyfriend may not be a natural on snow, the blonde beauty, 26, can't wait to hit the slopes herself next week when she jets out there to support her bubbly beau.
She explained: "I'm going out there next week and I'm watching the first live show but I'm just super proud of him. I think I would do the show in the future, I love skiing and I'm just excited to get out there and get on the slopes myself."
'The Jump' will return to screens across the nation later this month on Channel 4, as a string of celebrities try their hand at skeleton, bobsleigh, speed skating and giant slalom.
