Iwan Rheon says his 'Vicious' co-stars Sir Ian McKellen and Sir Derek Jacobi have "no grandness to them".
The 28-year-old actor - who plays Ash Weston in the hit ITV sitcom - appreciates the respect and politeness exhibited by his fellow actors, and claims they are incredibly down to earth, despite having knighthoods.
Speaking at a launch party to celebrate his new movie 'The Rise' in London, he exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "They're just great guys, Ian and Derek. They're real legends. They're really polite and real gentlemen, you know? I guess that's a real good thing for young actors to see how friendly they are with everyone and how they respect everyone.
"There's no sort of grandness to them and I think that's really good."
'Vicious' was recently renewed for a second series, as well as a Christmas special, but Iwan - who also stars on hit fantasy show 'Game of Thrones' - remained tight-lipped about the festive episode.
When asked what fans can expect in the yuletide special, he quipped: "Turkey!"
Iwan shot to fame with his role as Simon in E4 drama 'Misfits', in which he starred alongside Antonia Thomas - who played Alisha Bailey - and he admits the pair's steamy sex scenes were more awkward than pleasurable.
He explained: "Sex scenes are quite weird ... I mean, I really loved working with Antonia in every sense, and she's a brilliant actress and really generous and stuff, but you know, sex scenes are just sex scenes - you gotta just get on with it.
"They're quite technical and there's lots of blokes standing round holding equipment so it doesn't feel like ... it's weird. It's not as intimate [as you may think]."
