India Reynolds has vowed to keep her love life out of the spotlight.
The brunette beauty dated Ovie Soko after they starred together on 'Love Island', but India has now pledged to be more low-key with her relationships moving forwards.
She reflected: "After having a relationship in the public eye ... It was really, really difficult. I've learned I will never do that again.
"It's just too much to have other people's opinions. Having that pressure on your relationship is too much, so I want to keep that side of my life behind closed doors."
India, 29, relished her time on the popular dating show, having been a fan before she appeared on the programme.
But the TV star thinks prospective contestants need to be aware of the pitfalls before applying for 'Love Island'.
She told MailOnline: "To go on the show you have to be really sure that you want to put yourself in the public eye and be really aware of what it entails.
"As much as there are lots of things that are fantastic, there are downsides and you have to be careful and be sure you're mentally able to deal with that. Some people don't think of that before.
"When you're in there remember - it's hard but you are being filmed. Walking away and taking a five-minute breather is better than screaming and shouting."
India acknowledges that 'Love Island' stars are under intense scrutiny whilst on the show.
But she's learned to love herself and her appearance over the years.
She said: "I've had times in my life where I've been training, training, and training and still not been happy with my body, it's something you have to work on from the inside out."
