'Hollyoaks' is returning to five episodes a week from January 18th.
The Channel 4 soap was forced to reduce its weekly output last year due to the coronavirus pandemic, but the show will be back at full capacity later this month.
A post on the show's official Instagram account revealed: "The New Year is here... it's the first Monday, and that only means one thing! IT'S TIME for all new #Hollyoaks 2021, starting TONIGHT!
"But there's more... Hollyoaks will be going back to FIVE NIGHTS A WEEK! Yes, that's EVERY weeknight starting from the 18th of January! (sic)"
If that wasn't enough of a treat for 'Oaks' fans, the soap's latest trailer will be unveiled later today (04.01.20).
The post added: "AND THERE'S MORE! It's New Year Trailer day! So, keep your eyes peeled at 5pm today, to see what's coming! (sic)"
This comes after 'Hollyoaks' treated their fans just before Christmas by releasing their four festive episodes in an All 4 boxset on December 22nd.
'Oaks' fans spent 2020 trying to guess who was in a body bag, after being teased it was one of the residents way back in December 2019.
And they finally discovered drug dealer Jordan Price (Connor Calland) was the victim, in one of the soap's hour-long specials over Christmas.
Following his exit, Connor said: "I'm sad that I won't be stepping back on set at 'Hollyoaks', but it's also a pleasure to look back at the storyline and how it's all played out over the past year.
"It's been a big, mixed bag of emotions."
