Anna Passey has warned 'Hollyoaks' fans that her character Sienna Blake is in for a rocky time on the Channel 4 soap.
The 33-year-old star has played Sienna, who recently faked her death after seemingly being shot by daughter Nico who is now pregnant.
She told Metro.co.uk: "I think she's torn between the excitement of a new baby and being a grandma, which she loves, and also Nico mark two.
"There's gotta be a bit of trepidation and anxiety about what that baby's gonna be like, what Nico's gonna be like as a mother.
"Obviously we don't really tend to do well at the kind of stuff as a family of Blakes. She's excited, nervous, wants to do a good job - it's a mess."
Despite the potential for things to go very badly, Anna is delighted to be back working with Persephone Swales-Dawson, who last played the character in 2016.
She added: "That weird mother-daughter combination has so much mileage in it - so, back from the dead and I'm glad."
Sienna's story has taken another big twist, and the actress behind the character admitted she is always left shocked when it goes in a new direction.
She explained: "I've never got any ideas, I'm useless. I always think we've done everything. And then I get my script, or I go into the meeting with writers and I hear the new story and I'm always just jaw on the floor, let's get started!"
