Holly Willoughby has reportedly been paid a "six-figure sum" to present 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!'.
The 'This Morning' host has agreed to front the new series of the creepy-crawly show alongside Dec Donnelly after his co-star Ant McPartlin pulled out of all of his work commitments earlier this year when he was found guilty of drink-driving.
And, although bosses were certain they wanted the 37-year-old beauty to take on the role, they were determined to make her a cash offer she couldn't refuse.
A source told The Sun Online: "Holly was the first choice to stand in for Ant on the show and the six figure offer reflected how much they wanted to get her on board.
"She's so popular and she's got a great relationship with Dec, it was a no brainer. Holly's worth her weight in gold and the fee reflects that."
Despite being offered the generous amount, Holly admitted last month that she took some persuading to accept the job because she didn't want to leave her three children - Harry, nine, Belle, seven, and Chester, four - for a month.
She said at the time: "Dan will bring them out, so it's a little adventure for them as well. It was an issue. I don't think I could have left them for that long. Obviously they're going to have a tutor, but their school was really understanding. They've never been to Australia, but they have some Australian friends at school who've been telling them all about the giant spiders that live down the toilet, so they've been calling them bum-eating spiders."
Holly also wanted to make sure Ant - who checked into rehab earlier this year - was happy for her to stand in for him because she didn't want to step on his toes.
She explained: "He was part of the discussion from the off. He's happy that I'm looking after it until he gets back. It does help that we all know each other."
