Holly Willoughby today made a surprise appearance on This Morning.
The presenter is currently on maternity leave from the show but paid Phillip Schofield a visit during a cooking segment with TV chef Gino D'Acampo.
Quizzed about her wellbeing and her new son Chester she said: "I'm good. I was so nervous though, I was like, 'Oh my God, can I go on? Can I go on?
"Chester is really good. He's six weeks today - he's here, my mums got him, he's fine."
Holly went on to joke about timing her visit perfectly as she got to taste the food on offer from Gino, who's also standing in for her on ITV2 panel show Celebrity Juice.
She laughed: "Oh, I hope you've got an extra plate!
"I smelt the food and I thought I've got to come... I brought the baby in to show you and I've lucked out because you've done a family feast!"
