Holly Willoughby is glad she wore a riding helmet after falling off her chair during a murder mystery game.
The 39-year-old TV presenter - who has nine-year-old Belle, five-year-old Chester and Harry, 11, with husband Dan Baldwin - dressed up as a horse rider for the party game with co-host Phillip Schofield's family over the weekend, and was thankful for her choice of gear, after she fell off a chair and hit her head on a drum kit.
Speaking on 'This Morning', Holly recalled: "Molly, your daughter, organised it all. You got sent your scripts, you had all your characters.
"I was Libby Lightfoot, keen horse rider. My husband wasn't my husband in the thing, he was a reverend."
However, just as they were trying to catch a photograph to mark the event, Phillip noticed Holly had fallen as he could just see her riding boots in the air.
He said: "The best moment, and thank goodness I looked up. As I looked up, Holly disappeared out of shot and completely fell off your chair."
Holly explained: "The best Wi-Fi is where the kids sit to their homework.
"So I was perched on one of the kid's tripp trapp chairs, and if you have one these the seats slide out of it. So where I'm sitting on it, it's moving, it's edging back and suddenly it gave out. It's like somebody had opened a trap door from underneath me.
"And I went back, my legs went up so my feet where in zoom with my riding boots on. And thank god I had the riding helmet on because I leant back and hit the drum kit."
Phillip confessed his favourite part of the game was when he heard Holly had made a drumroll sound as she fell, adding to the amusement.
Phillip said: "As she went she disappeared out of shot, she gave herself her own [drumroll]. I wish we recorded, I'm so sad it doesn't exist."
