Holly Willoughby thinks that Kylie Minogue isn't necessarily a better mentor than Jessie J on The Voice.
The TV host - who presented the BBC One show for two series before quitting - is far from impressed with this year's new judging line-up and doesn't think Kylie can live up to former mentor Jessie, who was at the "top of her game".
Holly told The Sun newspaper: "Have there been any improvements? I wouldn't say, 'The show is so much better this year' at all. If you're comparing the coaches, Jessie J was so strong in her critique musically that the singers could really learn something from her.
"As a vocalist she was on top of her game. She was incredible. But then Kylie is a little pocket sex god. She is the pop princess and she has got real warmth to her. So they both bring completely different things to the table.
"If I was on the show, Jessie would probably be the only person who had a hope in helping me to sing. She has her clever skills and is a really hard task-master. She would definitely have whipped me into shape."
The 'This Morning' co-host also feels the void left by The Scipt's Danny O'Donaghue has been nicely filled by replacing him with the very similar Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky Wilson.
She explained: "The thing about Danny and Ricky is that they are very similar. They bring similar things to the show because of who they are and what they do.
"They are both real frontmen who are passionate about their music. So it is much tougher to choose between them as coaches than it is with Jessie and Kylie."
