Holly Willoughby isn't "afraid" of looking in the mirror as she gets older.
The 37-year-old star isn't concerned about getting closer to 40, and admitted she feels more comfortable now than she did when she was younger.
Speaking in the January issue of Red, the magazine's cover star said: "I feel like now I'm getting older, I'm much happier with my face as it is now than when I was younger.
"There was a time where I wouldn't go out of the house without at least putting mascara on. Now I literally don't care. I'm not afraid of how I look in the mirror."
The TV presenter - who is currently in Australia hosting 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' with Dec Donnelly - admitted the jungle is a real departure for her, especially when it comes to spending time with her family at the weekends.
Holly - who has children Harry, nine, Belle, seven, and Chester, four, with husband Dan Baldwin - added: "I don't really see anybody. I turn down a lot of stuff - even friend stuff - and because they're friends, they understand that I just want to be able to sit at home, order a takeaway and watch telly with my family."
Meanwhile, the 'This Morning' star also opened up on the so-called 'Holly Effect', which sees people immediately rushing to buy whatever they see her wearing TV.
She said: "On 'This Morning', you can actually see what's being worn. It's an honest way of seeing what an item of clothing looks like. Also, I'm not completely straight up and down, I'm curvy, so I think I'm sort of a normal shape, wearing normal clothes. That makes people go, 'Oh yes, I might look like that in that.' "
