The ‘Countryfile’ presenter has confirmed she and her husband Richie Myler – with whom she already has Ernie, six, and Louis, four – are expecting their first baby together.
Taking to her Instagram account on Saturday (11.09.21), the 38-year-old star uploaded a photograph of her cradling her burgeoning baby bump with her two boys and accompanied it with the simple caption: “Grateful.”
Helen is yet to share how far into the pregnancy she is or the sex of her little bundle.
Meanwhile, the blonde beauty previously said she turns down any work that interferes with her childcare plans because it’s important to her to spend time with her brood.
She said: “[It's] 100 per cent a factor. I was very lucky that when we had Ernie, we moved to France for my husband’s work.
"We were there for the best part of three years and so I was lucky because from him being born, I got that time to be with him and I think since then that’s always been important to me."
However, France wasn’t all plain sailing because she was left mortified when her son Ernie was thrown out of a playgroup for screaming.
She wrote on Instagram at the time: “Worst day of my parenting life. Asked to leave after 20 mins. Screamed the place down screaming his version of "mama let's go!" Constantly. #parentfail #kidswinning #mumfail #childcare (sic)"
Helen later admitted it was her fault her son was told to leave and praised the centre's staff.
She said: “Wow storm in a tea cup: we love the French crèche. Staff are superb! Can't account for a toddler mood sometimes! My fault not theirs xx (sic)"
