Helen Flanagan’s son Charlie was in an “horrendous” accident at Alton Towers.
The ex ‘Coronation Street’ star, 32, detailed how her 23-month-old boy required hospitalisation for a snapped collar bone after he “slipped” at an amusement park while on holiday with his sisters Delilah, seven, and Matilda, four.
She said via her Instagram Story: "We went to a water park, a long story short, Charlie slipped, he slipped really really badly and it was awful, absolutely horrendous.
"I had to get an ambulance and he had snapped his collarbone into two. It was horrendous, so I spent like six hours in the hospital at Stoke."
Helen - who split from the father of her brood, footballer Scott Sinclair, earlier this year - praised the “amazing” people who gave her little one emergency medical care.
She said: "I'd like to say thank you to the paramedics and nurses and doctors who were amazing.
"Thank you so much. I was literally there, at the Stoke hospital. That was awful, just horrible, horrible, horrible.
"To see your child in pain was just horrendous, but he's OK.
"There is not much you can do for it, apparently like it mends by itself, but it's horrible, when you're a mum and you wish you could take pain away from them."
Helen captioned the video: "He's okay bless him x just lots of love and attention and just watching him like a hawk x (sic)"
The star then revealed she had whisked her “brave” little boy off to Paris.
She captioned a clip of the tot walking around the city: "Charlie's been amazing bless him so brave x at the Eiffel Tower today."
