Helen Flanagan is changing her diet because her baby is suffering from colic.
The 'Coronation Street' actress took to her Instagram Stories to share the news that her little one has been struck down with bouts of excessive, frequent crying, and asked fans what foods she should "avoid" to help three-week-old Delilah.
She wrote: "My baby has colic. Never had this before with Matilda. I'm a breastfeeding mum so going to try and cut down on a few things in my diet to see if it makes a difference, online it can be quite confusing what foods are good to eat while feeding and what foods to avoid?
"Thank you (sic)"
The 27-year-old star - who also has three-year-old daughter Matilda with her footballer fiance Scott Sinclair - was inundated with responses, and as a result of her fan feedback she has decided to cut out dairy, among other suggestions.
She wrote: "Thankyou to all the mummy's that messaged me. .I'm going to cut out dair and drink lactose free milk, cut out spicy food, stick to juts one coffee and cut down on chocolate, hoping I'll see a difference (sic)"
Helen - who plays Rosie Webster in 'Corrie' - and Scott welcomed their second child together into the world on June 22.
Alongside a picture of the Celtic star kissing his baby girl on the head, he wrote on Instagram: "Delilah Ruby Sinclair.....22/6/18 [sic]"
Helen revealed on her actual due date, June 20, that she was feeling "anxious" about her labour and believed her second child would be born late.
She wrote: "I do feel anxious about my labour with my baby now but I'm hoping I'll feel maybe a little bit calmer this time. For me I felt I worked myself up too much in my head about my labour so I am hoping I can try and focus my mind more x
I think all women feel nervous about their labour as it's only natural. Just hoping for the safe and healthy arrival of my baby girl and blessed to be able to carry two babies x (sic)"
