Helen Flanagan visited Go Ape "a lot" in preparation for 'I'm A Celebrity...South Africa'.
The former 'Coronation Street' star - who first competed on the ITV show back in 2012 - revealed how she prepared for her latest stint on the show, after she departed the camp alongside Dean Gaffney.
The 32-year-old actress said her exit interview: "I didn't actually feel that nervous of the Trials. I mean, I did a little bit. I just took a totally different approach with the Trials this time.
"I did prep a bit before the show. I worked on a lot of my fears before I went to South Africa.
"I went to Go Ape a lot! I went about ten times before I did the show to work on heights and stuff."
Helen - who has Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and Charlie, two, with Scott Sinclair - described beating Paul Burrell in a Bushtucker Trial as her favourite moment on the show.
She continued: "I just felt a lot calmer and a lot more confident doing the Trials this time round. My favourite, favourite moment was when I won a Trial against Paul Burrell.
"I love Paul but I wanted to win. Honestly, it was my favourite moment ever, ringing the bell at the end when I won. I was so happy. My second favourite moment was running into camp afterwards.
"I was literally buzzing telling all the other campmates I'd won. I was so happy! It was just amazing, I loved every second of it."
The blonde beauty reflected that she had "the best time" on the show.
Helen said: "I've had the time of my life. I have just had the best time - I am so grateful."
