The 'Coronation Street' actress is 37 weeks pregnant and expecting her baby any day now, and the soap star has advised others to be "more cautious than not" if they think their child could be on the way.

Helen - who has daughters Matilda, five, and two-year-old Delilah, with pro footballer fiance Scott Sinclair - wrote on Instagram: "Last day of homeschool

I’ve had quite a few twinges this week and one day i had a slight pattern of them and I thought is this it but it soon passed.I think it’s best to always be more cautious than not and always speak to your midwife if your concerned about anything.

I’d love to experience my waters breaking I think that would be really exciting. I left it so late telling Scott last time to come from training ( I didn’t know I would progress so quick as I was so late with Matilda) Delilah was born with in 40 minutes of him getting there. I was induced with Matilda and with Delilah I think they broke a few minuites before she was born. Delilahs birth is a bit of blur it was so quick and I was taking so much gas and air which I loved . It will be nice having Scott around this time after my labour as each time he had to go a few days after for pre season ( my girls had the same due date) though I have been quite stressy, a bit snappy and hormonal each time for a few weeks after giving birth (sic)"

Helen is planning to have a water birth and admitted she is "nervous" about her labour.

She added: "I do feel nervous about my labour but that’s okay it’s only natural. My birth plan is for a water birth with gas and air like Delilah but I don’t think you can ever go into your labour set on anything. The main thing is for your baby to be healthy and for you. Midwives are amazing though and just listening to them they will guide you through it all. (sic)"
