The 55-year-old television presenter has launched his online fitness website Show Me Fit to encourage others to lose weight without starving themselves.

He told The Sun newspaper: "I'd never suggest a diet that was going to leave you hungry. It's about filling yourself up with good food with good ingredients and exercise.

"I know I look good now compared to those days when I had a beer belly, but I also feel incredible. I feel like I have knocked at least 10 years off."

Instead of sticking to a strict diet, Gregg has been filling himself up on a range of tasty dishes which give him variety across every meal.

For breakfast, he has a choice of smoked salmon and spinach omelette, refrigerated overnight oats or fruity homemade oat pancakes.

At lunch time, he fills himself up on either tuna nicoise salad, pea and red pepper frittata, or flattened chicken with homemade pesto.

And to finish his day, Gregg has the choice of chilli prawn noodles, bean chilli rice, or fillet steak, butter beans and broccoli.

What's more, the 'MasterChef' star has been enjoying his regular workouts after learning he didn't need to spend hours in the gym.

He explained: "Once I found out that I didn't have to slog away on a treadmill for 30 minutes, and that exercise could actually be enjoyable, I was addicted. The plan is for everyone. No matter your age, size or ability, you will see results."
