Frankie Dettori lost 5lbs during his 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' stint.
The 52-year-old star became the first campmate to be eliminated from the series via public vote - after Grace Dent and Jamie Lynn Spears departed on "medical grounds" - but Frankie is pleased to have shed some pounds because he's now at the bottom of his racing weight.
He told The Sun newspaper: "I think I lost five pounds. I am actually at the bottom of my racing weight, so it’s great."
But Frankie was surprised to find out from his wife, Catherine Dettori, that he had "very little airtime".
Despite falling at the first hurdle on the show, Frankie insisted he had "lots of fun" and he enjoyed the overall experience.
He added: "To me, I have come out of there as a winner. I challenged myself, I passed every challenge, I took it head on. I did my chores. I made some good friends. I lost weight.
"Speaking to my wife, she said I had very little airtime. I thought I’d done a lot, but it depends how it is edited to the programme.
"But you know what? I had lots of fun and jokes, banter, laughter.
"Of course, winning would have been nice, but it’s not the important thing. The important thing for me, it was the experience."
Frankie also admitted he enjoyed his fellow campmate Nigel Farge's no-nonsense attitude in the jungle.
He added: "I think he’s doing really well. I love Nigel. He is super funny, very interesting, very knowledgeable.
"He’s got an opinion about something, he says it how it is."
