Season two of FOX series Gotham will see more of Nicholas D'Agosto in the role of Harvey Dent, as the actor has now been promoted to a series regular which he confirmed yesterday via his Twitter account.

Introduced halfway through the first season as ADA Harvey Dent, he ended up being one of the very few people lead character Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) could trust.
What fans of the series will know is that he has a shaded future that may not leave him as one of Gordon's confidantes for too long, but that's likely to be pretty far ahead in the future.
Gotham will return this fall with its second season and continue into 2016.
