'Gogglebox’s Sandi Bogle has urged rising stars to remain "grounded".
The 56-year-old TV star rose to fame on Channel 4’s ‘Gogglebox’ and Sandi is proud that she hasn't been changed by fame.
Speaking at the Rise of the Footsoldier: The Mobile Game launch and screening for 'Rise of the Footsoldier: The Extreme Edition’ at London’s Leicester Square, she exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "The most important thing is to stay true to yourself. A lot of people lose their way once they start becoming famous and getting into this industry.
"All these artists want others to be like them, it’s all fake.
"You cant hide the falseness it becomes a facade. You’re not living for yourself you’re living for others.
"You’ve got to stay grounded, you’ve got to stay real, you’ve got to be true to yourself and you’ve got to have faith and that’s what I try to teach people that come to me or in schools and community centres."
Meanwhile, 'Gogglebox' is set to return later this month.
Last year, fan favourite stars Jenny Newby and Lee Riley confirmed that the show will return in February.
Taking to Instagram after filming wrapped for season 20, Jenny addressed fans in a video.
She said at the time: "It's the end of the series, it's been a good'n."
Lee added: "Thank you so much for your support over the year, and for when Jenny was poorly but now she's back on form, totally. Anyway have a lovely Christmas and we'll see you all in February."
