And she insists if a role required her to shoot sex scenes she would not be too prudish to say no.

In an interview with The Sun newspaper, she said: "I'm not really bothered about sex scenes or going topless. If it's something ground-breaking and worth it, that's what you have to do. But I am not going to say I'll whip my top off for the sake of it! I'll wait for the right part ... In terms of the acting I want to do in the future, it's not necessarily about the type of show - it's about a role that's intriguing and exciting ... A film would be unbelievable. That's my dream but we'll have to see."

Georgia recently signed a deal with Select Model Management - which also has Charli XCX, Kelly Brook and Pixie Geldof on their books - and she's looking forward to doing some photo shoots.

She said: "I'm going to concentrate on modelling a bit more. I'd rather be known for acting than modelling but it's a brilliant opportunity. And if something comes from it, that would be amazing."

In 'Corrie', Georgia's character Katy is going to live with her mother in Portugal with her son Joseph and although the actress is excited about doing something new she is grateful producer Stuart Blackburn has left the door open for her to return to the cobbles in the future.

She admitted: "It feels so strange to think I won't be part of 'Corrie' any more. I've been so used to it for such a long time. I'm sad to be leaving. But I am excited about the future. It's lovely they left the door open for me to come back because it doesn't feel that final. At the same time, I am not really planning to go back. I want to carry on doing other things."
