George Lamb will be spending his Christmas helping out at a homeless shelter.
The 33-year-old TV presenter has volunteered his services for Crisis at Christmas - a national charity for single homeless people dedicated to ending homelessness by delivering life-changing services and campaigning for change - over the festive period to give something back to the London community.
He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I'm going to do Crisis for Christmas this year. My girlfriend did it a couple of years back and went and worked in a shelter, and I'm going to do the same.
"I always do the constant thing, 'Do I go to my dad's house? Do I go to my mum's house? Do we go to my girlfriend's house? Do we go and see my granny? And in the end it always tends to be a lot of travelling, too much eating, a lot of fuss and a lot of chit-chat most of the time.
"So I thought I should go and do something amazing and help people who are having a terrible Christmas and hopefully give them a half-decent one."
George admits he was convinced to volunteer for Crisis for Christmas after moving near to a halfway house and witnessing first-hand some of the poor experiences people are going through.
He added: "I've moved into a flat this year and it's right behind a kind of halfway house and that's highlighted the fact there are lots of people probably having a not very nice time and that's probably been the thing that's pushed me into doing it."
