Gemma Collins told Saira Khan she "should have been" in the 'Dancing on Ice' skate-off instead of her.
The 48-year-old TV presenter was eliminated from the ice skating show on last night's (03.02.19) live episode after failing to impress in the skate-off, but admitted the 38-year-old reality star approached her afterwards to acknowledge she should have gone instead, because she performed poorly.
Speaking on 'Loose Women', on which she is a panellist, on Monday (04.02.19), Saira said: "I've got to give credit where credit is due.
"She came up to me last night and she said, 'I should have been in the skate off, not you.'
"She did say that, honestly. And so she knows it. She knows it. But look, you know what, it's a TV show and people are keeping her in because whatever you think of her, I want to watch her on the ice. I want to know what she does next.
"This is where it's TV versus a skating show."
Saira and her professional partner Mark Hanretty were kicked off the popular ITV show after losing in the skate-off to Ryan Sidebottom and Brandee Malto.
Gemma was in tears after only managing a score of 13.5 points out of 40 on last night's show, but survived the bottom two.
Saira was "gutted" to have left the contest so soon, because she felt she was finally getting to grips with skating and loved performing on the show.
She said: "I am really gutted. I genuinely am really gutted. Because I feel like Mark was just taking me to that next stage."
