Gemma Collins would love to welcome a baby in her 40th year, after she slimmed down to increase her chances of falling pregnant.
The 39-year-old reality TV star turns 40 in 2021, and she wants to celebrate the milestone by giving birth, as she believes it would be great to send out a "positive message" to ladies who "don't want to rush their life".
She said: "I would love to have a child.
"It would be great for me and such a positive message for all the girls out there who don't want to rush their life, or their life has taken a different direction, like me who's put their career first.
"But in my 40s I'd love everybody to see The GC walking around with a pram."
Gemma has dropped a couple of stone after going on long walks, riding her bike in the countryside, and she has been cooking her own food, as well as having weight-loss injections.
She said: "I've got a fabulous doctor. I can definitely have a child, he just told me it would be easier when I'm not carrying as much weight.
"He gave me the confidence not to panic about it. He told me to lose a few stone and it will help me.
"I am in a much better head space. It is easy to yo-yo when your life is all over the place."
The former 'TOWIE' star was diagnosed with Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) - which triggers irregular periods and high levels of "male" hormones, and ovaries can become enlarged - aged 28, when she suddenly started putting on weight.
But she has hit back at trolls who claim she should just eat less or hire a personal trainer.
She added to The Sun newspaper: "For all those w****rs, please don't get on to me about personal training.
"Unless you've had PCOS or a weight problem I'm not interested in what you have to say."
In November 2019, Gemma - who was recently praised by on/off boyfriend James 'Arg' Argent after she helped him deal with his cocaine addiction - admitted she would be a "hands-on mum" if she does have a baby one day.
She said: "If I was to have a baby, I would want to give it 110 per cent. I wouldn't want anyone else looking after my baby, I wouldn't leave it with anyone.
"My baby would come with me to work, to photo shoots, everywhere. I will be the ultimate full-on, hands-on mum."
