The former 'The Only Way is Essex' star only met barman JJ Goodman last month but it seems she's already fallen head over heels in love with him as she believes he may just be the person she spends the rest of her life with.
Speaking to the MailOnline, the bubbly blonde said: "He's a proper gentleman. Any man who can take treat me like a princess and then share a Club Sandwich with me is definitely 'The One' in my books."
The couple met a few weeks ago in Cannes, France, after being introduced through Jonathan Cheban - the best friend of Kim Kardashian West - and hit it off almost immediately.
And, although it's still early days, Gemma's friends and family are no doubt overjoyed for the star as she hasn't had the best of luck when it comes to love in recent years.
The 35-year-old star was left heartbroken earlier this year when she found out her former boyfriend Stephen Mortimer - who was banged up for 28 days a few months ago for breaching his licence - had cheated on her with a young mother while she was starring in 'Celebrity Big Brother'.
Meanwhile, Gemma - who quit the reality TV show last year - believes she's finally gained control of her life since taking part in the Channel 5 show 'In Therapy' recently.
Speaking of her counsellor Mandy Saligari, she said: "She made me realise, 'enough is enough Gemma. Stand back and take responsibility for your own life and take control.' "
