Gemma Atkinson recently suffered a last-minute panic before going live on 'Steph's Packed Lunch'.

The 35-year-old actress - who previously starred in 'Hollyoaks' and 'Emmerdale' - has revealed via Instagram that she spilt coffee on her outfit shortly before she was due to appear on the Channel 4 show.
Gemma - who showed off her stained autumnal jumper in her Instagram video - said: "I’m doing 'Steph’s Packed Lunch' today and I’ve just arrived in Leeds to go for hair and make-up.
"This, the outfit I’m gonna wear on the show, cosy autumnal jumper, it’s the only outfit I brought with me to wear on the show..."
Then, the actress lowered the camera to show the coffee stains to her followers.
Gemma - who was wearing a cream-coloured outfit - added: "Spilt me coffee on me outfit."
Meanwhile, the former soap star previously insisted she's determined to be "honest" with her social media followers.
Gemma claimed she has no intention of presenting a false image of herself through sites like Instagram.
She said: "I'm not into the pages where it's all about pouting and the hip-popping to make your bum look big.
"I get why people do that and again, we all want to post flattering photos. I'm the same, you don't want to put a photo up where you don't look your best. But at the same time, I don't want misleading accounts to make people not feel good about themselves."
