The 'X Factor' judges are feuding after Sharon Osbourne, Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh were told to be more like Nicole Scherzinger.
The former Pussycat Doll has been alienated after show bosses encouraged her co-stars to act more like her and emulated her great attitude.
An insider told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: "Nicole's attitude is brilliant - but she's showing up the other judges and they don't like it at all.
"They feel Nicole is making them look bad and is being teacher's pet. She's increasingly isolated by them."
The rift follows reports of further tension between the four judges, with the Sunday Mirror newspaper claiming Louis has blasted Gary for using the show to boost is own career ahead of his departure at the end of the current series.
The music mogul is said to have told friends: "He's taking the money and then he's running ... I've sussed him out. He's taking the mickey."
The complaints have caused further tension between him and the Take That singer, with claims Gary isn't fully committed.
The source added: "He thinks he's only really concerned about looking after number one ... He thinks some of the other judges are spending a lot of time nurturing their acts each week.
"Louis was livid when he found out Gary was arranging a duet with [Sir] Elton John for himself during one of the final shows.
"It only confirmed his belief that Gary was thinking ahead to the days he has finished as an 'X Factor' judge.
Gary's spokesman said: "It sounds from this that Louis is just up to his old tricks by getting competitive and upping the ante."
