Gary Barlow believes 'The X Factor' is better without Tulisa.

The Take That singer has reignited his feud with the former N-Dubz singer - who was on the show from 2011 to 2012 - by claiming the panel - also consisting of Louis Walsh, Nicole Scherzinger and Sharon Osbourne - is better without her "fag-ash breath".

When asked if this year's contest is better without her, he told The Sun newspaper: "Yep, definitely, 100 per cent. Sharon's breath is much better!

"When someone's not comfortable or happy it affects everybody.

"I was almost glad for it to end last year so when I heard Sharon was coming back I was relieved."

The 42-year-old hunk clashed with the brunette beauty in last year's finals after she criticised his act, Christopher Malone, for being stuck in the 1980's and having no diversity in his voice.

She said: "Gary, how many of these 80s classics are you going to let him keep destroying?"

To which he hit back: "I don't know what's offended me more - what you said or the fag-ash breath!"

Returning judge Sharon - the replacement for Tulisa - has already caused conflict on this year's show after ITV bosses told her to tone down her explicit language and she was seen making outrageous comments on last night's episode (31.08.13).
