Gabby Logan never gets tired of talking about sport.
The 50-year-old TV star - who is married to retired Scottish rugby union player Kenny Logan and has 18-year-old twins Reuben and Lois with him - has made a career out of hosting shows like 'Match of the Day' and has covered various high-profile sporting matches for the main broadcasters but as she launches new podcast 'The Sports Agents' admits that there are "other things" in her life.
Asked if she ever gets bored of it, she told Metro newspaper's SixtySeconds column: "Not really. Luckily, I live in a house where everybody else wants to talk about it as well. But I do have other things I'm interested in.
"I want my friends who like sport but don't talk about it as much as I do to get something from the podcast, whether it's the stories or gossip. There are lots of people we'd like to get on T'he Sports Agents'... Jürgen Klopp when he leaves Liverpool, Andy Murray to tell us when he's going to hang up his racket, Harry Kane at the end of his first season in Germany to tell us what it's been like."
The former 'Strictly Come Dancing' contestant also admitted that she "cannot believe" she has been in broadcast for more than 30 years and admitted that everything has "whizzed by" since she covered the London 2012 Olympics as she reflected on the huge "changes" within the television industry.
She said: "No, I can't [believe it!]. Since the 2012 Olympics, it has whizzed by. I can still remember my first week at Sky Sports like it was yesterday, coming from the North-East working in local radio. It's been fun working for various different TV stations, the way the industry has changed and all the different platforms
and ways of broadcasting.
