Frankie Sandford's husband has been training her for 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The Saturdays singer is set to compete in the BBC One contest so has enlisted the help of soccer star Wayne Bridge to ensure she is in the best possible shape.
A source said: "Frankie began training with Wayne six weeks ago when she first started talking with producers about appearing on 'Strictly'.
"She knew how gruelling the dance training would be, and wanted to make sure she was ready for it.
"Plus the costumes are very revealing and she wants to feel confident on the dancefloor.
"She and Wayne have been going on three-mile morning runs and he's worked out a high-protein diet for her, to make sure she's as strong and toned as possible."
While Frankie is excited about appearing on the show, the brunette beauty will still ensure her 10-month-old son Parker comes first.
The source added: "She knows the training schedule will involve long hours, but she'll try to bring him to rehearsals when she can and will get home as much as possible to be with him. He'll always come first."
The 'Ego' singer is really keen to do well on the show and prove herself away from the band.
The source told Closer magazine: "Frankie knows people think girl band members have a head start on the show because they're used to dancing on stage, but she's never attempted ballroom before and is determined to work hard so that she does well.
"Plus as much as she loves being with the other Saturdays girls, it feels nice to do something on her own."
