Frankie Cocozza

Frankie Cocozza makes more money than Little Mix.

The 'X Factor' reject might have been booted off the singing competition in 2011 for taking cocaine, but it has now emerged the notorious bad boy pocketed £120,000 last year, whereas Little Mix - formed of Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirwall, Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock - only earned £116,223 each.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "Who would have thought Frankie would be the most financially successful 2011 contestant to date? It's incredible when you consider he's not a great singer and was booted off the show in disgrace.

"At that stage it looked like he would disappear off into obscurity and that would be that. Little Mix may be selling thousands of records and touring the world, but the majority of the money they make goes to their label and Simon Cowell."

The infamous womaniser was paid £30,000 to appear on 'Celebrity Big Brother', and subsequently landed lucrative magazine deals and club appearances worth £4,000 a night.

His business Red Rhino Music -- where Frankie is the sole director -- also had a turnover of £162,000 and profits of £121,392.

Frankie also beat fellow series eight contestants Amelia Lily and Misha B, who have both landed successful record deals since leaving the show.
