Only Fools and Horses the Musical's West End run is to end after four years.
The show - based on the hit BBC sitcom, which starred Sir David Jason and Nicholas Lyndhurst as wheeler dealer brothers Del Boy and Rodney Trotter - has been on at London’s Theatre Royal Haymarket, and while it will come to an end on April 29th, a UK tour is in the works.
Paul Whitehouse - who co-wrote the stage show alongside Jim Sullivan, the son of the late 'Only Fools' creator John Sullivan - said: "It’s been an unbelievable four years for the whole cast of the 'Only Fools' musical.
"We’ve consistently played to packed houses and received standing ovations night after night – the audiences have been incredible.
"I’m committed to six months filming from May onwards, so it felt the right time to say "Bonjour" to Del and the gang ... for now."
Paul, who also plays Grandad in the show, admitted there will be more details about the UK tour later in the year.
He added: "But we are planning a UK tour – more details to be announced later this year - and we hope to bring the show back into the West End at some point in the future.
"But for now, there are just three months to get a ticket to see us at the Theatre Royal. Bonnet de douche!"
Tom Bennett and Ryan Hutton portray Del Boy and Rodney in the stage show, and Les Dennis has also portrayed Grandad in the musical, joining the cast in October until earlier this month.
