Ferne McCann has had a recent cancer scare.
The former 'The Only Way is Essex' star was urged by her doctor to have two moles removed from her face following concerns the marks could be the start of basal cell carcinoma.
Speaking to NOW! magazine, she said: "I had two moles come up on my face and went to see a doctor who said I should get them removed as soon as possible. I'd had them a while and they started to come up more. Yes, I did fear they were cancerous - thankfully they weren't."
Although the two moles turned out not to be the potentially deadly disease, the 25-year-old reality TV star has admitted the scare left her shaken and more aware of sun damage.
She said: "I used to use sun beds all the time, but I'm totally against them now ... It took this scare to make me realise how dangerous sun beds can be.
"In Essex especially, it's such a thing to use one before a big night out, but it's be. It's not healthy at all."
