Ferne McCann has vowed to be "in the moment" more in 2020.
The 29-year-old reality star - who has daughter Sunday, two, with former boyfriend Arthur Collins - has made a new year's resolution to stop spending so much time on her phone and be more present in her surroundings.
Asked her new year's resolutions, she said: "To spend less time on my phone and be in the moment."
The former 'Only Way is Essex' star will be ringing in the New Year from sunnier climes.
She told new! magazine: "I'm spending time with my family and going to my brother-in-law's sister's house for Christmas.
"And on Boxing Day, I'm going to Dubai until the New Year.
"I just love to get away for New Year and will be with Sunday and my best friend Carl. For me, Christmas is all about food and family."
And Ferne won't be worrying about what she eats over the festive season.
She said: "I feel like Christmas really is the time to indulge and I love all the Christmas food.
"I don't worry about putting on a few pounds because it's just the time to enjoy yourself.
"I don't like to diet and, for me, life is all about balance."
The blonde beauty has been quietly dating a new man and is looking forward to the future.
She added: "My whole perspective on life has changed. I'm 100 per cent more wary, not only with men but with who I want to spend my time with.
"That's why I've really taken my time to date and have taken it slow. I'm really excited for 2020."
