AJ Pritchard and Sir Mo Farah have messaged each other "pretty much every day" since they left the 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' castle - and the Olympian is going to train the dancer to run a marathon.
The former 'Strictly Come Dancing' star and the Olympic legend struck up a bromance on the ITV show in recent weeks, and while Mo will be busy training for next year's Tokyo Olympics in the coming months, he is also going to help his new BFF out.
AJ exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "We have a WhatsApp group with everybody, but I message Mo privately pretty much every single day.
"We just get on really well.
"I even spoke to him about running a marathon or even a small half-marathon and he was like, 'Yeah, I'll train you.'
"I was like, 'Crikey, I can't miss out on that opportunity, that's for sure.' "
AJ also revealed Mo gifted him a friendship bracelet when they left the castle.
He said: "I've even got a bracelet. A Union Jack bracelet he gave me. So we've got the same bracelets from Kenya, which is really cute."
The pro dancer has praised his pal - who won gold in the 5,000m and 10,000m at the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympics - as a "great role model".
He added: "He's just so nice, so normal, and so thankful for everything he's achieved.
"I don't think it was shown but we spoke so much about the way he got to where he was, his running, and my dancing.
"It was just really nice.
"He was just really helpful in the castle. And on the outside, he's just a great role model for everyone."
Mo and AJ speak more about their bromance on the latest episode of AJ and his brother Curtis Pritchard's podcast, 'AJ vs Curtis', which is out now.
