Cheryl Fernandez-Versini won't put men through on 'The X Factor' just for being good-looking anymore.
The 32-year-old star has insisted she will no longer allow attractive male singers through to the next round of auditions solely on their looks rather than their vocal abilities as she has done in past series as it gives them "false hope".
She told the Daily Star newspaper: "I've put people through in previous years because I thought they were adorable. But I won't do that now. It's not fair."
The 'Crazy, Stupid, Love' singer has proven she isn't lying, as during auditions in Manchester last week she sent home a hunky guy despite describing him as "adorable".
Meanwhile, it's been reported that the 'Call My Name' singer and her fellow 'X Factor' boss Simon Cowell have been given luxurious Ryder vans to use as their dressing rooms, which are double the size of their new fellow judges Nick Grimshaw and Rita Ora's spaces.
An insider told The Sun newspaper: "Simon's always enjoyed reflecting the pecking order of importance by dressing-room size.
"So as a result the new judges will have to slum it in standard for now. They don't seem to mind, though."
