The 40-year-old singer - whose real name is Elliot Gleave - appeared in a celebrity edition of the Channel 4 baking competition for Stand Up to Cancer back in April 2022 and sought off competition from the likes of the show's usual host Matt Lucas, DJ Annie Mac, and comedian Ed Gamble to the title of Star Baker.

The 'Kickstarts' hitmaker - who was born in London but now lives in Australia with his Antipodean wife Erin McNaught and their sons Evander, seven, and four-year-old Ennio - managed to be crowned winner of the special by judges Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood with his Aussie-themed cake and explained that being on the show gave him a "sense of warmth" that makes him want to do it every year.
He told the Metro Newspaper's SixtySeconds column: "When you watch that show, it gives you a real sense of warmth you feel and cosiness and it's like that on set. The crew, the make-up girls, camera men, the girls who come over energies and give you eggs and flour - it was just a wonderful experience. I wish I could do also it every year.
