The ITV soap usually airs two Thursday episodes, but on November 14th they have been axed due to the match set to be played between England and Montenegro.

The game will kick off at 7.45pm instead of the usual double episode visit to the Dales on Thursdays at 7pm and 8pm.

The popular ITV programmes has suffered schedule changed all month due to the sporting events, with the Rugby World Cup causing havoc with the channel's daytime schedule.

England's match against the US saw both 'This Morning' and 'Loose Women' cancelled, and they were also cancelled late last month because of coverage of Scotland against Samoa.

However, fans won't be disappointed as the soap plans to air a number of hour-long Tuesday episodes, including next week's dramatic instalment (05.11.19).

Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) is set to have a surprising one night stand with Kerry Wyatt (Laura Norton), and his wife Moira Dingle (Natalie J. Robb), who was recently revealed to be doing the dirty on him, will catch them in the act.

Jeff explained: "There is a part of Cain that still wants to fight for his marriage.

"There is a series of scenes where they talk through things and Cain really wants to understand why Moira did this. Moira basically gives him answers, but not the ones he wants to hear.

"It's after these explanations from Moira ... he's starting to hit self-destruct.

"Kerry is in the pub and she's a bit drunk, so she sits down next to him. The scenes are funny and charged.

"I think Kerry and Cain are both really damaged and don't really care about what's happening. They want to fight against the world after everything they've been through recently.

"So they have this one-night stand to help them get over what's been happening to them."
