Emma Willis and Christine Bleakley are in line to replace Holly Willoughby on This Morning when she takes maternity leave from the show.
ITV bosses have reportedly narrowed down their list of potential co-hosts for Phillip Schofield when Holly, 33, takes a leave of absence to welcome her third child with husband Dan Baldwin in the summer.
Silver-haired Phillip, 52, is said to be urging bosses to hire his former 'Dancing on Ice' co-host Christine, as they are good friends and socialise outside of work with their respective partners.
But Emma has also impressed producers with her stints on 'Big Brother' and 'The Voice'.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Phillip is good friends with Christine and wants her to get the job - but bosses are also looking at Emma."
The coveted job could last for up to a year while pregnant Holly, who already has son Harry, five, and three-year-old daughter Belle, is away.
Both brunette beauties have plenty of experience on 'This Morning' as Emma, 38, presents The Hub section of the show on a regular basis, while Christine, 35, has previously filled in for both Holly and Phillip on the sofa.
