The 29-year-old reality TV stars met and fell in love while filming ITV's 'Love Island' and Ekin-Su admitted she was sure the pair were meant to be.
During Friday's (08.03.24) episode of 'Celebrity Big Brother', she was asked by housemate Marisha Wallace "Have you had a hoe phase yet?"
When Ekin-Su asked her to explain, Marisha said: "You can sleep with whoever you want, be with whoever you want, date whoever you want, just enjoy yourself."
However, a shocked Ekin-Su replied: "No, I'd get attached.
"I thought my ex was my soulmate. I imagined what our kids would look like, make the faces and everything.
"Yeah, two years nearly. It was real. People thought we were a PR couple for ages. But then obviously when the arguments happen, you can tell it's real."
Ekin-Su also appeared to drop a clue as to why they split, saying: "But he likes to part..you know, I don't want to talk abut that, but yeah."
Marisha said: "Girl he's still going through is hoe faze. He's sowing his wild oats."
Meanwhile, Duchess Catherine's uncle Gary Goldsmith was the first celebrity to be voted out during Friday night's show.
