Eamonn Holmes follows back pain advice from Elizabeth Hurley.
The 60-year-old TV presenter - who has been married to Ruth Langsford for 10 years - swapped tips with the 54-year-old actress over a recent lunch when she advised him to squat whilst he brushes his teeth to help cure his backache.
Ruth is quoted by the Daily Mirror newspaper as saying: "Every morning Eamonn wakes up, he has another woman on his mind - Elizabeth Hurley.
"Eamonn and Liz met at a recent lunch, and now he is literally bending over backwards for her. Comparing notes about backache, Liz has convinced him that a really effective way of strengthening his lower back was to squat while brushing his teeth."
The 'This Morning' co-star underwent double hip replacement surgery in 2016 after putting off the operation for 25 years to focus on his career.
He took 10 weeks off work to recover, and now follows the advice of his new friend and sticks to his new daily workout schedule.
She added: "Carried out repeatedly, day after day, she says it has helped her tremendously.
"Good job it's only me who can see what he looks like as he does this."
Since his successful surgery, Eamonn has encouraged others suffering the same fate not to fear the painful procedure.
He previously said: "Obviously I'd prefer not to be going through what I'm going through but for anyone who's facing this or has this ahead of them, these people know what they are doing."
Despite the op and recovery process, Eamonn praised his doctors for pushing him through and helping him get back to normal life.
He continued: "They have got these operations so finely tuned now and the technology is so advanced, so you've nothing to worry about. Yes, it will hurt a bit but it'll be better than the pain you were in previously."
