AMC Walking Dead spinoff series Fear The Walking Dead will be returning later this year for its second season, and a new casting development has been revealed, with Hemlock Grove actor Dougray Scott joining the series according to a report from TVLine.
Details surrounding the character he'll be playing are being kept tightly underwraps, but it's understood that he will be in multiple episodes rather than just be a passing visitor.
He could be taking on new character Casey, whose description in a leaked casting sheet says he's "a decent man who believes in civility", before being thrust "into an unexpected position of authority."
With no original comic book source material for this series, there's limitless possibilities with every decision coming to the screen a new one that not many should see coming.
A teaser for the show's second season has also been revealed, giving a glimpse of some of the action viewers can expect going forward.
Fear The Walking Dead's second season comes to AMC in the US on Sunday, April 10 at 9pm ET, and will be split into two parts like its parent show.
It will be simulcast in the UK on AMC exclusive to BT, at 2am, April 11.
