Donny Osmond will join 'Strictly Come Dancing' as a guest judge.
The pop icon is set to be part of the panel for the show's third live episode, and he claimed he celebrities will have to show "chemistry" and dedication to earn top marks.
He said: "I'll be looking for partner chemistry and for the performer who is ready to put it all on the line."
Donny - who won US contest 'Dancing with the Stars' in 2009 - was reportedly seen as an "obvious choice" when show bosses became keen on using a guest judge on the current series of the celebrity ballroom competition.
An insider told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: "The bosses were keen to have a guest judge for one of the live shows and Donny seemed an obvious choice."
The 'Puppy Love' hitmaker will be sat alongside Len Goodman, Darcey Bussell, Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood, and the latter recently took aim at rival TV show 'The X Factor' after Cheryl Ferandez-Versini suggested winning the singing contest meant more than 'Strictly'.
He said: "I think it is sour grapes. As long as she keeps crying, that's all the audience wants from Cheryl.
"I think Simon [Cowell] made her say it - they're getting desperate for viewers so I think they'll use anything they can.
"[As for Cheryl's judging], I think if you get that attached to people it does harm your judging skills."
