After what feels like the longest wait in the world, Disney+ have finally released the first look trailer at the second season of their critically-acclaimed Star Wars series, The Mandalorian. Check out the teaser below:
Following a dramatic and action-packed first season, that saw our title character (played by Pedro Pascal) attempting to keep The Child (otherwise known as Baby Yoda) away from those who would exploit its power, it seems as though he'll finally be given some direction in this second outing as to where The Child needs to end up.
Countless enemies will stand in their way, but the duo will also come across a bunch of allies both old and new, as they battle to make their way through a dangerous galaxy in the era following the collapse of the Galactic Empire.
Mando will be embarking on a quest to find out more about The Child and their kind, but with a dangerous foe who's armed with a Darksaber on their tail, it could prove to be their downfall.
Pascal stars alongside Gina Carano, Carl Weathers and Giancarlo Esposito in the new season, which hosted directors including Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Bryce Dallas Howard, Rick Famuyiwa, Peytoon Reed, Robert Rodriguez and Weathers himself.
Favreau and Filoni also serve as executive producers, along with Kathleen Kennedy and Colin Wilson, with Karen Gilchrist as co-executive producer.
The Mandalorian Season 2 premieres Friday, October 30th, streaming only on Disney+.
