Dianne Buswell says this year's 'Strictly Come Dancing' is "going to be like any other year".
The 31-year-old professional dancer has insisted she has no concerns about catching COVID-19 while working on the BBC One Latin and ballroom show because there are strict measures in place to keep the celebrities, dancers and crew safe.
And the red-haired beauty - who has been in a relationship with her former 'Strictly' partner Joe Sugg since 2018 - explained that because it's so consuming, the dancers and celebrities, who have formed bubbles, are so exhausted from rehearsals and performing that they just head straight back home to chill out anyway, reducing their chances of coming into contact with the virus.
She told Metro.co.uk: "I actually have no worries.
I feel like we’ve got so much in place and we’re all just really wanting to do the show so we’re all really following guidelines and keeping ourselves and our partners and the people we’re working around safe and they’re doing just the same.
"It’s all done so safely that I feel at ease doing the show. I’m just excited we do get to do it and making peoples Saturday nights a lot happier."
On how the bubbles work, she added: "We’re not actually living with our partner or anything like that, it’s just that we’re forming a bubble with them. To be honest, it’s going to be like any other year.
When you’re on the show, you’re so dedicated to the show that even if I wasn’t in that bubble, I’d be going to rehearsals and coming home and just sleeping really.
"I don’t really do much else because it really does consume your time and so to me, it’s not really that different."
Dianne was speaking before pop star HRVY, who is competing this year, tested positive for coronavirus.
All the celebrities and dancers have agreed to take twice weekly tests to make sure they aren't spreading the illness.
And after the first test last month, the 21-year-old singer was told his came back positive.
The BBC said in a statement: "We can confirm a member of the 'Strictly' team has tested positive and are now self-isolating at home.
"We have rigorous protocols in place to manage Covid-19 as the safety of all those involved in the production is paramount."
HRVY's two week quarantine ended today (08.10.2).
'Strictly Come Dancing' is set to return to screens on October 24, and will run for nine weeks instead of the usual 13.
