Dermot O'Leary is expecting to lose out at the National Television Awards to Ant and Dec once more.
The host of ITV's The X Factor is nominated for Best Entertainment Presenter at the annual ceremony, but thinks the popular Geordie duo are going to walk away with the prize for the 14th time.
Speaking to heat magazine he explained: "Me, Keith Lemon and Bradley Walsh might as well give it to them now. In fact, there should be an award about who's going to be a runner-up to Ant and Dec."
X Factor is also up for a prize in the Best Talent Show category, and Dermot doesn't think Simon Cowell's going to be best-pleased if it doesn't take home the gong.
Asked how he thinks Simon would react to losing, he replied: "Badly. Even if we were playing 'Strictly' [Come Dancing] at tiddlywinks, he'd want to win."
Whilst Dermot's comfortable now in front of the camera, he recently admitted that he vomitted before every live appearance.
"I first started on T4 and used to throw up every Sunday. Every single Sunday I was so nervous about going on air."
The presenter went on to say the pressure has lessened over time, but nerves do sometimes take over him before the show begins.
"You just get used to it after a while. And it's a weird thing to say, but the 30 seconds before the 'X Factor' starts, the doors come out like that... those first 30 seconds are the most terrifying of the weekend."
