The 58-year-old actress treated herself to the cosmetic procedure almost a decade ago because she hated her saggy eyelids - and she still has no regrets about the surgery.
She explained: "I had the best eye job in the world when I was 50, as a present to myself. Would I ever do anything else? I don't know. I don't think I look too bad for a 58-year-old. I see some women and I just think: 'What are you doing?' I've stopped having fillers because people start to look like lions."
And, although she's been under the knife to enhance her look, the blonde star believes the best thing she's done for her appearance is ditching the booze and the cigarettes.
She said: "I saw the guy who did my eyes not long ago, purely coincidentally, and he asked if I'd had more work done.
"I said: 'Not since you did it so brilliantly.' I told him I'd given up drinking and smoking. He said I'd given myself a facelift."
However, although she's open to more work in the future, Denise thinks she's "too old" for a boob job.
Speaking to Bella magazine, she said: "I'm okay with my boobs - I've got boobs now. I was looking at some photos of when I was a very young actress and I had no boobs whatsoever. I wouldn't consider having a boob job. I think I'm a little bit old for that malarkey."
