Denise Van Outen is launching a podcast.
The 46-year-old actress and her partner Eddie Boxshall will take on relationship therapy in their upcoming podcast series, 'Before We Say I Do', in the hopes they can deal with any bumps in their own marriage.
The six-part series will see the couple - who have been together for seven years - immerse themselves into different forms of relationship therapy each episode, including psychosexual therapy, traditional humanist therapy, counselling, cooking, hypnotherapy, psychoenergetic therapy and laughter coaching.
They said: “We’re really excited to be partnering with Yahoo UK to launch our first podcast together! We’re planning to marry soon when we can have all our family and friends around us, but thought we’d get the couples counselling out the way before taking the plunge. We’re confident the series will resonate with married and unmarried couples alike, and provide some humour for singletons as we explore the weird and wonderful relationship therapy options available."
'Before We Say I Do' will be available to listen across all major podcast streaming platforms as well as Yahoo UK from February 22.
It comes after Denise was forced to quit 'Dancing on Ice' took a tumble while rehearsing at the ITV show's rink at Bovingdon Airfield, Hertfordshire, earlier this month resulting in her badly injuring her left shoulder.
Although she was able to take to the ice with her professional partner Matt Evers for her first skating routine, an MRI scan has shown that she has three bone fractures as well as a partial dislocation in her shoulder which means she has to hang up her skates for the sake of her health.
Denise announced her departure from the competition in a lengthy Instagram post, which read: "GUTTED! If you’ve been watching @dancingonice you will be aware that just over a week ago I had a nasty fall and injured my shoulder. I managed to skate my first dance with @themattevers on the live show through a gritted smile because the pain was unbearable. I’ve tried as hard as I can to carry on because I love the show and the amazing team in front and behind the cameras. Initially we thought with rest I could make a return to the ice, but a recent MRI scan has shown that I have 3 bone fractures as well as a partial dislocation. OUCH! No wonder I’ve been in agony."
