Declan Donnelly is dating his manager after being "close" for years.
The 'I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!' host and Ali Astall - who have worked together for a decade - had "adored each other for years" before they finally decided to become a couple and they have made it official a few months of secret dates.
An insider told The Sun newspaper: "They've adored each other for years and people have often thought they were together - but it's only recently they finally became an item.
"They kept it quiet for ages but are at last coming to terms with being a couple in public.
"They have told their families the news as they all know each other anyway. To be honest, it hasn't come as much of a surprise to some because they'd always been close."
As well as letting those close to them know, the couple are also said to have told bosses at celebrity agency James Grant Management, who look after Dec's career partnership with Anthony McPartlin - which is managed by Ali, 34.
The romance is said to be Dec's first serious relationship since he split from Sky Sports News presenter George Thompson two years ago.
