Debbie McGee would remarry "if she met the right person".
The 59-year -old widow was left heartbroken after her husband, magician Paul Daniels, passed away in 2016 at the age of 77 but after competing on 'Strictly Come Dancing' in 2017 she was able to regain her confidence and get a new lease of life.
Debbie, 59, has now started thinking about dating again and if she was to fall in love with another man she would consider tying the knot again.
Speaking to The Sun Online at the Women of the Year Awards, she said: "I am just enjoying my life. I've male friends that have taken me to dinner or for drinks - and that is lovely. I would marry again if I met the right person but I am not looking."
Although Debbie feels ready to date again two-and-a-half years after losing Paul, the star is not actively looking for a new partner and is taking a relaxed approach to romance.
She added: "I think if you look you don't get it. It's like waiting for the kettle to boil and it never boils."
Debbie was spotted in a West End show by a BBC producer who asked her to appear on 'The Paul Daniels Magic Show' - which ran from 1979 to 1994 - as his assistant. The pair then fell in love and married in April 1988.
Sadly, Paul - who was known for his catchphrase "now that's magic" - died less than five weeks after he was diagnosed with a brain tumour in March 2016.
The sometime 'Loose Women' panellist has reflected on how making it into the final of 'Strictly Come Dancing' with her professional partner Giovanni Pernice last year gave her a huge lift in her life.
She said: "The main thing for me is how it has helped me deal with my grief. The show allowed me to be a person in my own right."
